Local Locksmith Pro LLC provides residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to:

• Emergency lockout assistance

• Key cutting and duplication
• Transponder key and key fob programming
• Ignition repair and replacement
• Rekeying and master key systems

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in situations where we cannot verify lawful ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle in question.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on this website are estimates and may vary depending on the specific job, location, time of service, and parts required. A final upfront quote will be provided by the technician before any work begins.

By approving the quote and allowing work to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

A service call fee may apply for emergency or after-hours requests. This fee will always be disclosed before the technician is dispatched.

4. Authorization & Proof of Ownership

For the safety of the community, we may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services, including but not limited to:

• Unlocking a vehicle you do not appear to own
• Gaining entry to a property
• Changing locks on a rental or commercial property

Acceptable forms of proof include a government-issued ID, vehicle registration, lease agreement, or deed. We reserve the right to refuse service if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

Local Locksmith Pro LLC carries general liability insurance and our technicians take every reasonable precaution to perform work without causing damage. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles
• Damage resulting from a lock or door that was already compromised prior to service
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
